Ready to Lead® participants will learn how to run for office and win with inclusive messaging and targeting of communities like ours that are so often overlooked and underrepresented. Alumni of the program receive access to the growing national NALpista network of immigrants and people of color in politics, ongoing training, and support from OneAmerica and New American Leaders.

The application for this year’s Washington training can be found here and is due March 20. Upon acceptance to the program, participation in the full weekend’s activities is expected and those who complete the training gain access to continuing education opportunities and a fast-growing alumni network.
