WNA Program Associate

Employment type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $57,000-$63,000

OneAmerica is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized associate to support the Washington New Americans program (WNA), which is devoted to helping eligible legal permanent residents become U.S. citizens, voters, and active members of our community. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about the mission of the program. The position is based in our Seattle office, reports to the WNA Senior Manager, and will join a team of five program staff.

Lead Field Organizer

Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $66,000-$70,000

OneAmerica is seeking an experienced Lead Field Organizer to manage OneAmerica and OneAmerica Votes’ year-round voter engagement, education, and registration programs with a focus on building the voting and political power of WA’s migrant communities. The Lead Field Organizer will develop and implement our field programs alongside our organizing staff in King, Clark, and Yakima Counties, manage volunteer leaders, and organize values-aligned elected leaders and institutions to join our field work.

Events and Data Coordinator

Employment type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $56,000-$59,000

OneAmerica is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented administrative support professional with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for social justice and systems change. This individual will ensure OneAmerica programs and teams have the administrative support they need to execute ambitious organizational goals, with a focus on organizing, civic engagement, state and federal policy change, and leadership development. The role, while supervised by the Development Director, involves working closely with the Organizing and Civic Engagement teams to support event and campaign logistics, as well as tracking information and data via Salesforce, Voter Action Network (VAN), and an organizing CRM such as Nationbuilder or similar.

Early Learning Campaign Manager

Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $66,000-$70,000

OneAmerica is seeking an Early Learning Campaign Manager who will help in increasing affordability for childcare and increasing childcare provider wages, which is a core goal in OA’s early learning portfolio. OneAmerica will be a core player in a statewide campaign for universal childcare. This campaign involves many state partners and early learning providers. It is focused on two main goals: making high-quality affordable childcare accessible to families and addressing the compensation of the early learning workforce. This role will work with all departments in the organization; from organizing to policy to electoral fieldwork and will need to be highly relational. Situated within the policy team, this role will need to be deeply committed to working with organizers and grassroots leaders who are the most directly impacted to help shape the campaign and advocacy efforts.
