What We Offer

Paid Time Off
We offer 5+ weeks of paid time off for full-time employees, up to 20 weeks of family and medical leave, two weeks of paid leave at the end of the year, fifteen paid holidays, and a three month sabbatical every five years.

Candidate Pipeline Manager
Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $62,000-$69,000
OneAmerica is seeking a passionate and experienced Candidate Pipeline Manager to build and manage OneAmerica and OneAmerica Votes future candidate training, mentorship, and governing program. The Candidate Pipeline Manager is crucial to OneAmerica and OneAmerica Votes’ vision of a multiracial democracy in electing BIPOC, working-class immigrants and refugees to School Board and State Legislative Seats to govern with our growing New American Voting base to win a thriving home for all in WA State. The Candidate Pipeline Manager will be responsible for building and managing OneAmerica’s future candidate and democracy issue campaign programs. This position can be based out of our Seattle, Vancouver, or Yakima office (Negotiable within WA).
Membership & Individual Giving Manager
Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $62,000-$69,000
OneAmerica is seeking a self-motivated Membership & Individual Giving Manager to play a strong role in building a robust membership program, working closely with the Development Director and Development Administrative Assistant to lead our grassroots individual giving program and Annual Fund campaigns and assisting with major fundraising events throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be a goal- and detail-oriented fundraiser driven to learn more. They will bring an anti-racist analysis and/or a lived experience with our issues, experience with individual giving campaigns and/or organization membership programs, and a strong sense of efficiency and time management. This position can be based out of our Seattle, Vancouver, or Yakima office (Negotiable within WA).
Organizing Director
Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000
The Organizing Director will report to the Political Director and oversee OneAmerica and OneAmerica Votes grassroots organizing and leadership development program. The Organizing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing organizing programs through the lens of building power across the organization’s areas of issue campaigns, grassroots organizing and our services-to-organizing model. The ideal candidate will bring a background in organizing with deep power analysis to this work, using their skills as a confident, visionary, relational leader to build authentic relationships while managing multiple priorities with impeccable follow-through. This position can be based out of our Seattle, Vancouver, or Yakima office.
