What We Value

Relationships
We wouldn’t be able to build the power we need without strong relationships with one another. We seek to understand our stake and the stakes of others to create the world we envision. This is what makes community organizing at OneAmerica relational and transformative.

Collaboration
When we come together, we win. We value collaboration across our teams because everyone holds valuable ideas and expertise. We rely on one another to move our work, hold one another accountable, and invite others into our team’s work.

Personal and Professional Development
Growth is important to us. We work with staff to understand what their professional and personal development goals are and create a plan where we can help foster that growth.
